I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for a ski vacation. The staff were incredibly professional and accommodating, always smiling and eager to make our stay comfortable. The half board arrangement was excellent, with a rich and varied breakfast buffet and a delicious four-course dinner. The hotel was pet-friendly and our small dog was welcome. The wellness area was great, with a sauna that opened in the afternoon, perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes. The highlight of our stay was the wine tasting evening, where we enjoyed a six-course menu with recommended wines. a splendid ski vacation and highly recommended.
I recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Kirchberg, I had a splendid ski vacation. The half board arrangement was excellent, with a rich and varied breakfast buffet and a delicious 4-course dinner. The food was tasty and offered plenty of choices for vegetarians. I also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy, as I was able to bring my small dog with me. The wellness area was good, and I particularly enjoyed the sauna to warm up and relax after a day on the slopes. One evening, they even organized a wine tasting event, which exceeded my expectations with a 6-course menu and recommended wine pairings. It was a great culinary experience.
While there were many positives about my stay, I did miss having tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. , the sauna opening time could have been earlier to avoid the crowdedness during dinner hours.

The location was perfect, right at the slopes, which made it so convenient for skiing. The service was top-notch, with the staff always attentive and helpful. The housekeeping was excellent, with the rooms spacious and exceptionally clean. The amenities were impressive, from the indoor swimming pool and sauna to the spa and wellness center. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the ski lift, which was very convenient. I was extremely impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this venue.
This hotel is also a great choice for families.

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. the spa facilities were a nice way to wind down after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the convenient location to nearby attractions.
The lack of cleanliness was a major disappointment. We found stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom had a musty odor.

I recently had a fantastic ski trip at a hotel located in a peaceful mountain setting just a short distance away from the main ski areas. the room was spacious and comfortable with lovely decor and comfortable bedding. the breakfast offered a wide range of choices and was a great start to the day before hitting the slopes right outside the hotel. the hotel also had a spa area for unwinding after a day of skiing.
The restaurant staff seemed unwilling to accommodate requests during dinner service.
